| SEASON STARTS WITH A BANG WINNING SAN ROQUE 15s |
Our season starts with a bang winning the San Roque 15s tournament. Play and winning two pool games and the final.
The Rock's finest won their first silverware of the season winning the San Roque cup. They played three games, conceeding only 1 try in the whole tournament. They were eventual winners by 36 points to 0 in the final.

GIBRALTAR ROCK SEVENS |
Gibraltar Rugby Club will be holding a Social Sevens tournament on the 24th – 25th May 2008
We are going to have three prizes – Cup, Plate & Wooden Spoon. So bring your fat boys ( I mean forwards ) there’s something for everyone.
There will also be a DJ, BBQ, along with a BIG BAR. So come down to Spain play some sevens in the sun and have a great time on the piss.

| GOOD WIN AT HOME |
This weekend Gibraltar 1st XV beat Almeria 15 - 8, Good trys for John Dibb & Julian Leigh who got over the line for the first time this session. Coversion by John Dibb and Penalty by Paul Howard. Jamie Cook had his game of the session and won Man of The Match.

This weekend sore the colts take on Uni Malaga with only 12 players, although they lost 96 - 7 James Reed did score thier first try of the session which Jordon Dudley coverted. |

Other news has it that their Under 18 team has been entered into the league and are raring to go!
And Gib rugby has great news that they will be promoting their second junior team; "The Gibraltar Dragons". This is an under 12s team that will also play in a league. |
